I am a simple, peaceful and compassionate individual.
On January 11, 2014 I had an 'awakening' of sorts, a trip into a place beyond my own self-conscious thinking and so I have been compelled to write and share about it every single day since.

This is my life's passion, my secondary purpose (the first, to be me!) and my calling.

Please join me in discovering for yourself who and what you are, so that we can indeed enjoy this life to the fullest, while living in peace and harmony with the life all around us.

This is why I am writing and sharing so much.
I have written something every day since that day, and am so excited to share with others how to get into that space, to know yourself so deeply and give yourself permission to create your life!(less)

Be creative and use YOUR voice.
Write both when inspiration strikes and as often as possible - it is still a skill that needs crafting.

I am a HUGE fan of Rich Roll . . . the man, the journey, the authenticity of his experiences and output.

I have followed him almost since publication of 'Finding Ultra', having since read it multiple times, listened to the audiobook and leant out the

Terence McKenna
“We have to create culture, don't watch TV, don't read magazines, don't even listen to NPR. Create your own roadshow. The nexus of space and time where you are now is the most immediate sector of your universe, and if you're worrying about Michael Jackson or Bill Clinton or somebody else, then you are disempowered, you're giving it all away to icons, icons which are maintained by an electronic media so that you want to dress like X or have lips like Y. This is shit-brained, this kind of thinking. That is all cultural diversion, and what is real is you and your friends and your associations, your highs, your orgasms, your hopes, your plans, your fears. And we are told 'no', we're unimportant, we're peripheral. 'Get a degree, get a job, get a this, get a that.' And then you're a player, you don't want to even play in that game. You want to reclaim your mind and get it out of the hands of the cultural engineers who want to turn you into a half-baked moron consuming all this trash that's being manufactured out of the bones of a dying world.”
Terence McKenna

Charles de Lint
“I don't want to live in the kind of world where we don't look out for each other. Not just the people that are close to us, but anybody who needs a helping hand. I cant change the way anybody else thinks, or what they choose to do, but I can do my bit.”
charles de lint

Stefan Molyneux
“Political correctness is anti-empathetic because it has correctness in it. We all have biases, we all have prejudices and if we cant talk about them openly - if we get attacked for it then this is an anti-empathetic movement and therefore it cannot complain about a lack of empathy.”
Stefan Molyneux

Mark Twain
“I've had a lot of worries in my life, most of which never happened.”
Mark Twain

Albert Einstein
“No, this trick won't work... How on earth are you ever going to explain in terms of chemistry and physics so important a biological phenomenon as first love? ”
Albert Einstein
