Born and raised in Oklahoma, Jeffrey has lived NYC adjacent (that's a nice way to say New Jersey) since 2000, pursuing a career in writing. The route from Oklahoma to New Jersey brought him through Dallas, TX and Key West, FL, with a slight dip into Los Angeles for two weeks (that’s a story).

He is an anticipated 2016 graduate of New York University with a BA in Creative Writing.

In addition to his first novel, The Summer of Jenny Wade, published in 2015, he produced his first theatrical play, Stillwater, in 2016 in New York at the Venus/Adonis Theater Festival.
