Surviving Corona

Hello again, well I somehow don’t think you need a primer from me on what I’m talking about with that post title. Yeah, good chance if you’re alive and not an infant, you’ve heard about the Coronavirus sweeping the world. A lot of people are in full on panic mode (group #1), while another large group is less concerned, albeit annoyed by the doings of group #1 in cleaning out grocery stores of basi

“Though much is taken, much abides; and though
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are;
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.”

Thank you for the friend request as well, and the kind words, Patricia! Always nice to meet a fellow writer, especially one with a similar writing style! I feel like I am most productive when I just write without trying to second guess or wonder if I'm including all the details on the first pass.

I see you've got several books published, I will be taking a look at your site and plan on reading your work soon! Let's keep in touch!

Patricia Smith Thanks for the friend request Paul. It seems that your writing style is similar to mine as in you write the manuscript then go back through to polish and check everything is consistent. I usually write a chapter, then go back and check I'm happy with the flow and see if it needs any more detail added. I do this until I reach the end of the book then I go back to the start and do what I did with each chapter, on the entire manuscript.

Best of luck with your writing.

Patricia.
