I am born traveller with an insatiable thirst for experiences and not afraid to take risks. I left her home in Germany and a successful career in marketing to start a new life on a small island in the Caribbean. For more than 25 years, I worked in Grenada as a designer, Tutor and business consultant. I explored the rainforest, located ancient settlements and took part in their archaeological excavation. During my years as hobby archaeologist, I met Amerindian tribal chiefs and medicine men who shared stories and sagas from their ancestors as well as their herbal medicine with me.
When my children left Grenada to study abroad, I decided to return to Europe. I spend the first few months visiting ancient sites in Northern Africa, Ireland and Sc

Ursula Williams Hi Ursula
The story is great! It makes me nostalgic for Scotland already, even though I’ve only been away for a few weeks!
I think your descriptions of the Scottish scenery, the forests, the lochs, and the cottage are some of the best parts of your writing. You are able to make us not only see the sites but feel and almost smell them as well.

Your introductions and conclusions, in particular, are some of your strongest features – you are very talented at dropping us straight into the emotions of the characters and building up suspense.
I also think that the characters of Ursula and Ralston are excellent – we really get a sense of their personality through the dialogue and descriptions you’ve written for them (especially Ursula’s spunk and Ralston’s calm confidence).

Can’t wait to keep reading!

The story really gets you indulged in another realm of reality. As someone who reads a lot, I must admit that I don't regularly come across writing as descriptive as this very often.
I felt very content long before I even finished it. It's well worth the read.

A fantastic book to read and it does take you into the world of magic, and you start to believe in magic I don't read many books, but this has to be the best ever.

5.0 out of 5 stars Mystisches Schottland
Format: Taschenbuch Verified Purchase

I really enjoyed reading "Do you believe n a world of magic?" so much so that I did a review on Amazon and I don't do that. What did I like well the fact that it is a reminder of the books of my past and a book which both adults and children can read and enjoy. The characters are the type that you want to go and have further adventures within either Scotland or further afield in our world or even and perhaps in the fairy world. I say go and read it I think you will enjoy Stephen McSporran
