Perhaps the best compliment I've had posted by a reader on Amazon was this one: "The author writes like Douglas Adams had a mystery writing career on the side. The characters have that whimsical feel. I kept giggling my way through this excellent book."

"The Baneridge Murders" is a murder mystery, but it's rather unique. You see, there are two rules in murder mysteries:
1. There must be a crime for the detective to solve.
2. There must be multiple suspects.

You might notice, however, there’s no rule stating the detective can’t be the victim.
