'Lemma' published at Word For/ Word

After over ten years of writing poetry I have just published my first poem.

A single poem, 'Lemma' is included in the most recent issue of Word For/ Word .

Word For/ Word is a (roughly) biannual online magazine that focuses on innovative poetry, visual poetry and lots of other weird word oriented stuff.

Co-running a class/workshop

Later this month (June 2021) I will be co-running (with Nathan Dragon) a class/workshop focused on sentence-forward writing called 'Moving on the Page: Line and Space'.

The course will focus on tactics and strategies from 'classic' sentence focused writers like Diane Williams and Garielle Lutz to newer writers like Kathryn Scanlan and Babak Lakgomi and beyond.

This will take a hybrid structure with instructive elements, discussion elements and a session set aside for each student to workshop one of their own pieces.
