Chris is a Kansas Citian and tortured sports fan. He is also a freelance journalist and broadcaster. He has a weekly column called "The Rambling Moron" for The Platte County Landmark and has contributed content to Sports Radio 810, ESPN 1510, 810Varsity.com and Referee Magazine. Chris has also just completed his first book about the Royals pennant chase of 2014 and their fans called "The Silence, The Series, & The Season of Sungwoo" which is available at Amazon.com Chris maintains the widely panned @TheFakeNed twitter account featured by the Kansas City Star and reluctantly referenced by ESPN. What an incredibly well sourced book. I really enjoyed it and, much like the subject matter, it went on and took the game of baseball to the nth degree - but is a great way.
