I wish I had read Runaway Girl first to get the backstory better but still Birdie and Jerimiah are just too cute together and I love the contrast between her vulnerability and his size and strength. A great quick read.

This is a charming series, and I love how this wraps it up! This finale may be my favorite: Matt and Julia both have a lot to learn and they do so believably and adorably. It’s great to see glimpses of the other characters too.
