Millennials Are Desperately Trying to Make “Cheugy” Happen. It Won’t.
This is hilarious to me - imo, the only real “generational” war is between (white) Boomers everyone else.
Also, I am secretly glad that I was already too old/uncool to really adopt any of the things that are now considered cheugy (not that cheugy is a real thing, but ya know).
Ok, hear me out. I have a theory. It seems to me that Millennial are the rising Boomers and Gen Z are the new Gen X. Millennial seem obsessed with remaining relevant, possibly because the last 15 years media has made them believe that every single thing they do or have done is massively shifting the norms for the entire population of the planet. Meanwhile Gen Z, much like Gen X is sort of this amorphous entity that is hard to actually define, and more importantly not interested in being defined. This is obviously concerning because of the implications for the future of politics and policy. After all Boomers were the ones who transitioned from fight the power into Yuppies in less than 2 decades. What we should learn is to stop reading all these damned generational think pieces. Clearly the more press you give a topic, the more seriously the subject begins to take itself.

While Tumblr users once skewed heavily liberal, it’s now overrun with MAGA dip-shits (not traditional conservatives, mind you, but people who support Trump’s fascist ideology).A staggering number of those MAGA tumblrs are porn accounts.
I can only assume this is to draw in and indoctrinate young men.
Or maybe they’re just, like, incels’ spank banks or whatever?
Or both?
