Eduardo Pinheiro (pronounced peen-YAY-ro) is the author and illustrator of the Toloc Toloc book series for children. His first published story appeared in a newspaper in 1987. Since then, Eduardo became a software engineer and wrote a lot of computer code before re-discovering writing prose. His goal is to entertain and educate children through funny stories and colorful illustrations.

Eduardo has a black belt degree in Aikido (a non-violent Japanese martial art) and a white belt in parenting.

Eduardo lives in Northern California with his wife, daughter, and two basset hounds whose ears are longer than their legs.
