I wrote a first draft of "Vol. 2" before writing any of this book, but it needs a lot of work... At least a year or two at my slow writing pace (I do most of my writing on the bus ride to/from my day job). At some point, I would love to make that draft into something worth reading.

There are other stories I've started that I think are better than the sequel at their core, but it might just be that I'm more excited about them right now. It's been professionally copy-edited by some anonymous eagle-eye grammar person at createspace. It's intuitive to have your work edited, but in the process, you make a lot of changes. For example, after the first edit (before release) I removed two chapters, and added two more! Reading it the Read more of this blog post »

Terry Pratchett
“Sometimes I think a man could wander across the disc all his life and not see everything there is to see,' said Twoflower. 'And now it seems there are lots of other worlds as well. When I think I might die without seeing a hundredth of all there is to see it makes me feel,' he paused, then added, 'well, humble, I suppose. And very angry, of course.”

“Oh Christ, he groaned to himself, if this is the stuff adults have to think about I never want to grow up”
