Helena Stone can’t remember a life before words and reading. After growing up in a household where no holiday or festivity was complete without at least one new book, it’s hardly surprising she now owns more books than shelf space while her Kindle is about to explode.

Having left the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam for the peace and quiet of the Irish countryside she divides her time between reading, writing, long walks, and her part-time job in a library. A

The Rainbow Advent Calendar - Yule Be Back

It’s the time of year for candles, fairy lights, mistletoe, and Advent calendars.

These days we are spoiled for choice when it comes to advent calendars, but my favourite is the Rainbow Advent Calendar.

The Rainbow Advent Calendar as invented and managed by the amazing Alex Jane, is an annual event where a large group of LGBTQ+ writers share a new and FREE story. This year there are two windo

It wouldn’t be unreasonable to assume that a story written by a Reverent and featuring a Canon as the main character might be a cozy mystery. Which just goes to show how dangerous it is to assume anything.

There are well-plotted mysteries and then there is The Paris Apartment. To say I am impressed would be a gross understatement.

And now for something a little different. 😊

Yes, this is a mystery, but a rather unconventional one.
