Remembrance Day

Before I did anything today, I wanted to say, to all the men and women who have served Canada, whether in the military or because your family member is a soldier, thank you, thank you, thank you for all you have done and given up so we are free.

We shall not forget.

Hope Remains

Saw a dog running east toward the Quenell bridge, on the west side of the Whitemud freeway. Also saw a bunch of cars stopped/swerving/moving trying to avoid him. Phoned animal control to learn that he had already been called in.

The news and media wants us to believe we're a bunch of uncaring, unfeeling monsters spiraling toward annihilation. But this episode just proves to me that humans are, at heart, good & caring, and eventually, we'll become the species we're meant to be.

4 Stars from Amazon Review

Very Cool Review from an Amazon/GR Reader: I can easily see True Grime as a series...It's a story for everyone not just teenagers...[it]opened my eyes to a unique but believable world and addresses important issues in a fun way. Pepper is definitely a superhero in my eyes.
