Oppression, injustice, murder. It’s happened before, it will happen again. Human beings can’t change from the outside in; no matter how much we preach to others to fix their behavior, it’s the heart that needs to be healed. .
I have known racism every day of my life. I have lost my job and my dignity because of it, but I haven’t lost my life. Many people do. Let’s speak up about bullying and power abuse. If we don’t, who will? .
My books are my way of trying to change the world, one heart at a time. What’s yours? We can all do better. .
Let’s start by mourning that we haven’t done so already …
