Hello, James.

ATTRITION was the fifth and final book in the series. It's a completely different cover as I'd parted ways with my publisher when it was finished.

I'm playing with some other subjects, now. Thanks for the interest!(less)
Sherry Roit I don't have a favorite, not currently, to be honest.

WHAT YOU KNOW

And well, what do you know?

I have a new BOOK out. Where the last was a fable, this is a thriller of the psychological sort, with some romantic tendencies.

Available on KINDLE everywhere, and here's the US link:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07...

Paperback forthcoming, for those who like that new paper smell. Read more of this blog post »

Fine for 99 cents.
ETA; apparently the kindle edition is very different! No supplemental material at all.
And of course it’s not that long, anyway. Thing is, after getting this, I found it free and with footnotes. Silly me, not checking, first.

Nice practical intro

This has a pleasant mix of practical information as well as gentle guidance for your path. It even has recipes for not only oils and such, but meals. I hadn’t expected that. In the end I think it’s the sort of thing you’d come to

I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control
“I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best.”
Marilyn Monroe

Nora Ephron
“I love that you get cold when it's 71 degrees out. I love that it takes you an hour and a half to order a sandwich. I love that you get a little crinkle above your nose when you're looking at me like I'm nuts. I love that after I spend the day with you, I can still smell your perfume on my clothes. And I love that you are the last person I want to talk to before I go to sleep at night. And it's not because I'm lonely, and it's not because it's New Year's Eve. I came here tonight because when you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible.”
Nora Ephron, When Harry Met Sally

Ernest Hemingway
“There is nothing to writing. All you do is sit down at a typewriter and bleed.”
Ernest Hemingway

Kurt Vonnegut Jr.
“If you want to really hurt you parents, and you don't have the nerve to be gay, the least you can do is go into the arts. I'm not kidding. The arts are not a way to make a living. They are a very human way of making life more bearable. Practicing an art, no matter how well or badly, is a way to make your soul grow, for heaven's sake. Sing in the shower. Dance to the radio. Tell stories. Write a poem to a friend, even a lousy poem. Do it as well as you possible can. You will get an enormous reward. You will have created something.”
Kurt Vonnegut, A Man Without a Country

Neil Gaiman
“Stories may well be lies, but they are good lies that say true things, and which can sometimes pay the rent.”
Neil Gaiman
