CINTIQ trouble

my cintiq is currently not working  T^T due to (I hope) a battery trouble… i ordered  a new one but  with work piling on me i’m getting even more slow on commission so  i’m deeply sorry about it and if you have commissioned me  and want a refund it’s totally fine with me and i’ll refund you asap plz contact me if it’s the case >_<;;;!!!
