Thank you for your kind words and encouragement. I needed that :) As for your question... I decided to rewrite my general market novels into clean reads to give them new life and the benefit of what is now 20+ years of writing experience. My, they needed work! When I transitioned to the inspirational genre in 2005, I left behind the requisite love scenes and, instead, focused on romance that touched the heart and allowed room for the exploration of my characters' faith. With the clean reads, the element of faith is present, as it naturally would be for the medieval time period, but the rewrites are edgier than my "Age Of Faith" inspirational medieval series. Whew! Long answer, hmm? Thank you for dropping by. Have a lovely weekend!(less)

Thank you for the kind words of encouragement--inspiration for a writer's pen! I'm honored you've given precious reading time to my medieval romances and blessed you enjoyed them. I hope Fearless "hit the spot" :) It was the most time intensive and difficult to write, but I think it came together well. Today I'm working on the fourth chapter of Nameless and exploring new events of the Norman Conquest. Which ones to include, which ones to gloss over--those are the questions! As for other standalone medieval books, have you read the "Lady" general market rewrites (Lady At Arms, Lady of Eve, Lady of Fire...)? The first two of the seven are prequel/sequel, but the remainder are standalones. At this time, I don't have plans beyond the Age of Conquest series, but you never know. Wishing you a beautiful day. Dreamspell (Romance)
1 chapters   —   updated May 02, 2012 04:26PM
Description: A time to live. A time to die. A time to dream. Sleep disorders researcher Kennedy Plain has been diagnosed with a fatal brain tumor. When one of her subjects dies after trying to convince her he has achieved dream-induced time travel and her study is shelved, she enlists herself as a subject to complete her research. But when she dreams herself into fourteenth-century England and falls into the hands of Fulke Wynland, a man history has condemned as a murderer, she must not only stay alive long enough to find a way to return to her own time, but prevent Fulke from murdering his young nephews. And yet, the more time she spends with the medieval warrior, the more difficult it is to believe he is capable of committing the heinous crime for which he has been reviled for 600 years. Baron Fulke Wynland has been granted guardianship of his brother’s heirs despite suspicions that he seeks to steal their inheritance. When the king sends a mysterious woman to care for the boys, Fulke is surprised by the lady’s hostility toward him—and more surprised to learn she is to be his wife. But when his nephews are abducted, the two must overcome their mutual dislike to discover the boys’ fate. What Fulke never expects is to feel for this woman whose peculiar speech, behavior, and talk of dream travel could see her burned as a witch.
