Karli’s husband of seven years, and father to her adorable five year old, Chey, took being possessive to a whole other level. At first, she felt special that he wanted her all to himself. As the years passed, she’d inadvertently given him the power to make even the simplest of decisions for her. She thought about leaving once...before Chey was born. Lohan turned out to be a doting father, and his little princess had him wrapped around her tiny finger. It wasn’t until Karli became violently ill, and news came of her mother’s passing, she learned to what extent the father of her only child was willing to go to keep his little family under his control.

Angels In Red
Two very different worlds collide the day Jack saves Jenna from a near death experience. The fact Jack has isolated himself in a cabin in the middle of nowhere, or that Jenna is the daughter of one of the country’s wealthiest men, never comes into play as they fall deeply, and passionately in love.
Their happy-ever-after is interrupted when Jenna is called home to say her final good-bye to her father on his death bed. Will Jack lose her to the allure of high society she’s accustomed to? Does the discovery of her deceased mother’s well-kept secret keep her in a world where money and status can and does buy anything?
Or does she learn the one thing she wants most in life money can’t buy.

As a writer, a fate worse than death, is writer's block when you have a deadline. Over the years I've been able to pull myself out of a 'funk' by visiting travel sites to learn more about the setting, or going to Pinterest and searching out photos that are related to the premise of my story.
Tattoo Rain is one of the hardest stories I've written in relation to keeping focused.
I have 10+ yrs experience in the industry. One would think by now I'd have a grip on things like this. The reality of writing books is, your characters are in control. Yes, I created the character, but their personality and reactions to any given situation evolve from the depths of my imagination. Now the voices in my head are in charge of what comes out the other end of the pen in my hand.
The ONLY thing I know for certain is, this too shall pass. Maybe not in the time frame I want, but as long as I keep putting pen to paper, the words will come. The trick is to keep writing, no matter what dribble ends up on the page.
With over a dozen published books under my belt, I know this to be true. The lesson learned, is the piece of advise I tell novice writers' who ask.... Remain teachable... no matter how many books you've written, there is ALWAYS something to learn.
I guess I need to take my own advice. Who'd a thunk it? lol

Grace-Women of Strength Series
A tragic fire has put a major damper on Grace Payne’s holiday spirit. She’d just as well skip Christmas all together. A series of circumstances brought self-imposed bachelor, Justin Carron to care for his sixteen year old niece, Mykaela, whom he’d never laid eyes on.
A winter storm, and an unexpected turn of the wheel, on their way home from the airport, changes all three of their lives forever. Each one is faced with their own mortality, the prospect of becoming a family, and the kindness of strangers.
Mr. C. is a kind old man, who lives alone, and tends to a stable of deer.
There is something different about the jolly old man with a white beard and suspenders. After several unexplained incidents, he shows Grace that all things are possible, if she’d just let go of the past, and believe in the magic of Christmas.

A small Lakota village in Canada, many moons ago it was expected for women to marry and have children. Nala is the oldest of three sisters and was born with a birthmark down one side of her face. For this reason, she is shunned by her people and made to feel 'less than' by her father, she fears she will never marry. Nala is so distressed over this she conjures up a dream man, or so she thinks.
