Lori Alden Holuta lives between the cornfields of mid-Michigan, where she grows vegetables, teas, and herbs, when she’s not playing games with a cat named Chives. She’s fond of activities from the past, including canning and preserving, crocheting, wine making, reading in the dark, and cooking.

Her lifelong fascination with the Victorian era dovetailed nicely with articles written for The Primgraph, a magazine which focused on historical eras in virtual worlds, as well as music and book reviews for Steampunk Magazine.

Lori Alden Holuta My own. :) There's parts of Industralia I don't yet understand myself, and I would really, really love to taunt a tikkerbot.

I'm a sucker for 'my secret pet' plots, and this one was great fun. Getting the occasional insight from Tinker's point of view was amusing! A recommended quick read.

Lori Holuta Trying to read while producing a NaNoWriMo novel is interesting! I'm both jazzed up on the energy of finished books, while at the same time whimpering that my own baby is kicking and clawing to get born already. Makes for some odd fun.
