As a Self defence/Martial arts instructor for the past 30 years, I initially came about the idea for writing a book on self defence after listening to my students concerns about the literature available on self protection. Little did I know that I would then go on to write two more books on self defence and subsequently create my fictional based on a true story book series 'Ten Head'. Strange how ideas morph into something bigger than you first realised. I look back at my experiences and cherish what they have made me today, so much so that my latest book release 'Shine Your Light - A Dream Chasers Handbook' conveys my own personal life coaching concepts on Dream Chasing.
