The Family Way -- February release from Desert Breeze

Coming February 1, a new Tabor Heights, Ohio novel from Desert Breeze Publishing: www.desertbreezepublishing.com

Lisa Montgomery is "in the family way," but her joy is cut short when her father-in-law's domineering, suspicious nature influences her husband, and what should have been the happiest time in their marriage becomes a time of trials and testing and heartache.

Can she break free of the Montgomery family "way" and save her marriage and her heart?

Making the (e-book) World a More Beautiful Place

I'm so excited!

Writers Exchange, the publisher of most of my Commonwealth Universe books, is re-doing all the cover art for my books. Everything looks so cool, so modern and gorgeous! And uniform! Now, just looking at the covers, you can tell which books belong in which series. Check out the Readers Eden site -- www.readerseden.com

We're also "neatening up" the listing of Commonwealth history, so you can tell what part of history the books belong in.

Coming soon:

The Meruk Episodes #6-10

Resolving ... to do better!

Honestly, I need a full-time assistant.

Last week, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, I had a contest in conjunction with Sandra's 12 Days of Christmas blog ... and because NOBODY participated (waaaah! nobody wanted to play with me!) I didn't post anything on this blog like I said I would in the contest rules.

How dumb is that?
Lazy?
Oblivious?
Can we blame eggnog overload and too many new movies watched in a row?

The contest was to design a wedding for the heroine and hero of a short story romance. ...

Desert Breeze Scavenger Hunt Question for 12-05-09

Okay, I'm posting this early, so you don't have to come back again.
Although I would LOVE if you kept coming back. There's a lot to see!

Check out previous posts dealing with NaNoWriMo, written by a bunch of my writing friends along with me.

Now to "official" business: Friday, you were at Gail Delaney's blog and -- hopefully -- her question brought you over here. Did you find the answer to the question she asked?
(Hint: Profile me!)

Today's -- Saturday's -- question: Who is the 'Angel' with a...

Scavenger Hunt!

Win, win, win at Desert Breeze Publishing's Scavenger Hunt. The goal is to go from one Desert Breeze author's blog to another. Each blog will have a question about that author or one of the author's books. You answer the question and collect the answer. (Don't publish it on the blogs or at Connections yet.) At the end of the hunt, you'll be asked for your answers. Along the way there will be great giveaways.

#1. - Join Desert_Breeze_Connections@yahoogroups.com. This is where authors and...

The End

I'm sorry I didn't post much this month. The idea of putting more letters on the screen at the end of the day was mind numbing.

I did finish. Made the goal of 50K. Am I happy with what I wrote. Nope. But I am happy with my new writing habit. Write every day. It is possible!
