And although I was a fan of Nancy Drew in my teens, I quickly segued to Stephen King and Dean Koontz. My interests are all over the place so it's no wonder I have been a car salesman, sales assistant, administrative assistant, seminar coordinator, and a casino dealer.
I write the Sam Casey series (think "Medium" with a Native American twist) which combines mystery with paranormal; the Chase Dagger series (under the pseudonym of Lee Driver) combines mystery with fantasy, horror, and sometimes sci-fi; and the Remy and Roadkill series (The Skull is for ages 11+), a traditional myste

I see too many writers (and I was guilty of it in the beginning) wanting to hover over the keyboard waiting to right the "perfect" sentence/paragraph/chapter. It slows up the process. Just type what comes to mind whether it makes sense or not. The fun part is in that first re-read/edit where you expand what's good and toss what doesn't fit.(less)

Jeannie Faulkner Barber Hi Lady and thanks for the add. You have been a myriad of things, but I think 'writer' is your greatest accomplishment! If you have time, I'd love for you to visit my web site, www.jeanniebarber.com. I'm a novice writer so feel free to make any kind of suggestions, ideas or thoughts to correct it. I’m co-authoring a novel with Patty Wiseman, another friend on Goodreads. We’ve known each other for over 30 years. While you're there, please sign the guestbook, too! There’s also a link to our book you can click on…clairkelley@synthasite.com. This site is brand new and in the editing stage as is our story. Please visit it as well. We’re both very green, but we’ve met so many people on this site willing to reach out and offer advice or a guiding hand.
Thanks,
Jeannie

S.D. Thanks. I thought they did a pretty good job with the trailer. Don't know how people post 1,000 books. Thought it would be for "recent" reads but they must be pulling books off their bookshelves and entering them. Are you going to KY book fair (which will be held in Evansville) this year?

Chester Hi, Sandy. I've been on here for a good while but don't do much posting. I guess I should update my page with what I've been reading. By the way, I like your Chasing Ghosts trailer.

Chester
