I got the idea for Isomorph when I started thinking about that "evil twin" dynamic that you see in weird places. Where in a superhero cartoon or movie it wasn't really the hero doing all that bad stuff, it was his evil twin. I just took it a little further, and gave everyone an "evil" twin, to see what would happen.
