Join a writer's group and associate with other writers. Because I write romance, I highly recommend Romance Writers of America. And if there is a chapter near you, join that too. Attend the annual conference if you can. Take advantage of the online workshops offered through RWA. Listen and learn, because with RWA you will be learning from and listening to the best.
