My apologies. I just now saw your question. Sad to say that yes, Jake's book is the last in the Sweet, Texas series. However, before the first book of my new series is released April 2016, I plan to have some fun little additional scenes from the heroes and heroines of Sweet that I will probably post on my website.

I've always been an avid reader so to pinpoint just a few is difficult. I love the classics, however, my more recent influences have come from writers like Susan Elizabeth Phillips, Suzanne Brockmann, and Nora Roberts. But then I also gather inspiration from authors like Dean Koontz. I'm not sure what that says about me. :)

Hi Sue! I kind of never expected to write a series of this size. Initially I just had the idea for Reno's book. But at the time, my agent suggested I come up with a 3 book proposal. Jackson started nagging in my head so I knew I'd have to write his story, and then somewhere along the way Jesse jumped in. When I envisioned all of these heroes bantering back and forth and arguing the whole thing just all came together. Texas was an easy choice because I love Texas. It's big and wonderful and I could just picture these brothers with their big personalities living there.

Hi Dani! Truly Sweet is ALL about Jake! There are heroes I love to write and heroes I LOVE to write. Jake was the best. I hope you'll enjoy his story. Since Reno in Anything But Sweet I have never been so thrilled to see a hero achieve his happily ever after. :)
