We all have a story in us whether it is fiction or nonfiction. Don't feel like you have to sit down and write your book from cover to cover in a day. Mine took me two years and had many "start overs". Keep plugging at it and don't ever give up.

I think the most important thing is not to blame yourself or get down about having writer's block. It is something we all experience. I have to remember not to be hard on myself. When dealing with writer's block, I like to put the piece away and go for a walk in nature. That typically will clear my head and enable me to come back and focus.
