How do you get inspired to write?
Jan Tilley Most anything can inspire me. A song, a dream, and mostly from my own twisted imagination. Only when you're a writer are the voices in your head considered acceptable. I love that!

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Jan Tilley Writing is a great form of therapy for me.
I save money on therapy when I write! :)

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Jan Tilley We will NEVER please all our readers so don't even try. Write for yourself first and foremost. If the reader likes it, that's just a bonus! Be true to yourself and write about things you know. The reader will see right through your work if you don't. Lastly... never give up! No matter what anyone says. Keep going. Do it for yourself if nothing else!
