I love creating worlds and characters and put them into different situations. My process is a little different. My subconscious creates the new content in the back of my brain while I'm doing other things. When it's time to write and empty out the well, I'll start getting distracted by the narrative until I take the time to get it out of my head and onto the screen. Then I wait for it to refill and lather, rinse, repeat.

I'm currently working on the next book in the War Against Infinity. It's called The Calla'cara Gambit and should be published in the spring of 2020. I'm also working on a WAI origin short story that I'll be giving away.

Write something every day. Finish something. Polish that something, show it to other people until they tell you it's ready to publish. Then DO IT!

I've carried these stories around in my head since I was 15 years old. Then when I was writing my first book, I thought no one would like it. When I finally got the courage to publish it and I received positive reviews and lots of page reads, 26k and counting for KU (whoohoo!!) in the first few weeks, I felt this enormous sense of validation. My readers get my POV, they enjoy reading my work. Knowing other people are being entertained is the very best thing for me.

For me, writer's block is about the well being dry for that story. Depending on my mood, I'll do something completely different. Usually something physical; walk around, practice my karate, etc. I'm trying to give that part of my brain that generates my stories time to refill. Other times, a particular story has exhausted itself in my brain but other stories are still there so I'll shift to writing those.
It all depends on why I'm feeling blocked.
