Christine Betts Hi! I had the Catacombs on my list for my last trip but they were closed due to building works happening around Notre Dame for the 850th birthday. It's still on my list <3
Christine Betts I stayed with family all Summer. There were no books, just a television.

The Death of Noah Glass - I heard Gail Jones speak at the Byron Writer's Festival and decided that someone who speaks like Moaning Myrtle would write a fine book.
The Electric Hotel - I also listened to Dominic Smith at the BWF. He didn't sound like a Harry Potter character but I have read his book The Last Painting of Sarah de Vos and loved it.
Sapiens - part way through this brilliant book by Yuval Noah Harari.
and Currently reading Less - by Andrew Sean Greer. So far, so good!
Christine Betts Visiting Paris over the past 25 years. Also feeling that I've f***ed up a few times and some days I would be happy to go back and have another go if I could.

Christine Betts just write. don't try to get it right, or perfect, but just write. one day you'll find something you want to write more about. I write 3 pages long-hand each day. most of it's rubbish.

Christine Betts Happy to say it has not been a problem for me. I write long-hand in notebooks at coffee shops if I feel like getting out of the house.
