S. McPherson No idea how I just saw this!!! I knew from the first book that there was something about Milo but I didn't decide until the 2nd book exactly what it was :)
S. McPherson Hi Nemo,

I am SO SORRY I just saw this! My notifications were not working for some reason!! The book to you is an e-book sent straight to you after subscribing. As the promotion went so well and my Dreamers (subscribers) felt it was a great way to introduce people to the saga, they convinced me to keep the offer until the end of the year. So if you are still interested then please do subscribe and the e-book will be sent straight to you. I also run many giveaways (one going right now through my newsletter) where people can get signed paper-backs too :)
S. McPherson It started with a paragraph in my head. I wrote it down. I had no idea who the character was or what their dilemma would be, just that they were someone who had something to say. As I built on the paragraph, the story evolved from there.
S. McPherson I stop, look and listen. I find that often when I sit and admire or listen to the world, I am captivated by all the intricate sounds and sights and I get the urge to try and put them into words. I see it as sort of a challenge and it's great fun.The next thing I know, I'm finishing a new chapter.
S. McPherson I'm currently working on book 2 of the 'Water Rushes' series
S. McPherson My top 3 pointers would be:

-Find a good idea. One you are passionate about.
-Rewrite, rewrite, edit, rewrite, rewrite, edit, rewrite and probably edit and rewrite at least two more times
-Don't give up. If you give up, you fail. If you keep going, one day you'll arrive :)
S. McPherson The best thing about being a writer is having the universe at my fingertips. The possibility to create love, loss, laughter and the ability to momentarily make the impossible, possible.
