Nataša Nuit Pantović we are working on the translation to Serbian of Conscious Parenting book, I believe this is the one that you use in your work. 2019 is an interesting year.
Nataša Nuit Pantović Lots of info. Quite strong words. I would agree with this paragraph:
"We would be remiss if we did not acknowledge the far too few practitioners who go much deeper than just the physical, into the ancient yogic teachings, and do their best to humbly honor and learn from the lineage they have the privilege of accessing. It is possible for authentic, respectful, and accountable cultural exchange to occur, and for the practices to have a profound healing effect on the practitioner."
I had an opportunity to read 1,000s of spiritual yogic books (have tried to keep to the classics not to loose the essence of ancient wisdom) and I have learned from many Gurus of our present and past. I've explored Chinese classics, Alchemists, Christians, Mystics from 19th and early 20th century and worked with various practices of yoga and meditation. In its essence, Yoga is an experiential journey so practicing it as a woman - now a mother gave me a very different outlook. If you had a chance to explore some of my research, or read any of my books, you will notice that I have adopted more of a female approach, The series of books is called Alchemy of Love Mindfulness Training. Going back to ancient concepts of Alchemy, giving full respect to Taoism, loving Christianity and its training in virtues, exploring the yogic knowledge of mind / body / soul but demystifying the religious dogmas and respecting Mother Science in all Her manifestations, bringing tools of personal growth into every day's life.
Back to the article, as somebody from a Slavic nation, whose country had a strong history of suppression, I would not use the term "white supremacy" so strongly. It is not the colour of our skin that has separated us throughout the history - Greeks were slaves to Romans although educationally far superior at the times, women to men, etc... Nataša Nuit Pantović my kids adoption journey. Such an amazing experience!
Nataša Nuit Pantović Dear Gaga,

the exercises and tools that you found within the Conscious Parenting course are based on my 25 years of spiritual work, my personal research within the area of self-development and meditation and are all checked by my lovely creative kids that are now 8 and 11. The personal experience is the most valuable one and I very much appreciate the treasure of motherhood.
Nataša Nuit Pantović My next book is: Chanting Mantras with Best Chords
