It was definitely informative and loved being able to research in this book and use it as a source in papers.

The title is a bit misleading as there aren't really any ideas for overcoming PTSD contained within, just coping with and treating. Not really sure I will ever entirely overcome my PTSD anyhow. The book did teach me some new things. ...more
