I've had a disappointing time with Amazon's KDP Select program. I'm hoping they will cancel my membership as they have not handled a problem very well at all. From November to December, I did so much advertising and promoting for one last push of my book before the sequel is released in the summer. There was a technical fault that meant 120 or more customers who bought my book for Kindle or read my book on Kindle Unlimited found it to have only four chapters. It has led to some one-star reviews on Amazon and Goodreads even though the customers mention enjoying the book. It was as you can imagine quite damaging and frustrating.
