I'm not sure how to answer that. I don't care for the characters so far, and the writing style drives me nuts! I keep reading, though...guess I'm a sucker for vamps.
Well, maybe you'll feel differently once you're finished the book?
To be honest, I wasn't a fan of the vamps in that book, except maybe Pam (I think?). She was pretty cool. My favourite character is Quinn, who doesn't come in until the fourth or fifth book.
