I couldn't help myself. I peeked. I tried to stop, but I couldn't. I wish I hadn't. :(

UniquelyMoi ~ 1-Click RockChick is finished
I've never read a book that evoked such strong emotions - I've never cried this much or felt this much joy. This was a happily ever after for the ages, and my only regret is that I'm finished. Christian and Maddy are both amazing characters who I believe in with all my heart. Review to follow, when I can find the words...

I've never read a book like this before!! After each chapter, I have to set it down, take a deep breath, and take another deep breath before I pick it back up! What an incredible, wonderful, happy, sad, scary, comforting, book! Anything else like this out there?

new_user Uh oh! Did you look at the end?

♥The Kat's Meow♥ Just had to peek? Isn't there some proverb about a cat and curiosity? Or is that a cliche?

Wicked Incognito Now What did you see?

Quinn Oh, naughty Dhes. :(

Catherine You peeked at the end? Oh, Um! *shakes head* This is not a book where you want to do that.

UniquelyMoi ~ 1-Click RockChick new_user wrote: "Uh oh! Did you look at the end?"

I did. But that's not what made me :(

Kathryn ♥The Kat's Meow♥ wrote: "Just had to peek? Isn't there some proverb about a cat and curiosity? Or is that a cliche?"

Yeah, I shoulda learned from the cat.

April wrote: "What did you see?"

A very mean person was yelling at him that she hates him. I shouldn't have been surprised, though. Why else would we have been told...

:(

I couldn't help it. I kept crying and crying and it was getting so angsty and I just had to.

I. Had. To.

Catherine I hope it didn't mess up the rest of the read for you. :\

Lady Jayne *~*The Beach Bandida*~* Awww, Dhes... :-( You'll never be able to resist peeking/skipping The Bronze Horseman books then! They are a true test of endurance and patience! *Hugs*

You've got me curious to read this one soon, though! ^_^

No, but while I was hoping to ease the angst, it only served to increase it.

Hmph!

Rach~The Highlander luverrr Ow i agree 100% jayne

Flowers from the Storm is the best historical romance I've ever read. I'm not through yet, but I can only hope it holds true at the end.

I don't plan to read TBH. It seems kind of daunting.

I might try Outlander, though.

Well, your piqueing my interest even more. This book ranks so highly on the ARR Top 100, but I don't necessarily trust the ranking because of my experience with Lord of Scoundrels. Which is maybe why I've been putting off reading this! ^_^ But you've got me intrigued.

As for TBH, say what?? I thought you said you were going to read them, Dhes. What changed your mind? I hope I didn't add to the daunting feeling! TBH is amazing and just an experience unlike any other! For me, it was worth it.

I'm planning to read Outlander this year.

Rach~The Highlander luverrr Lady
outlander is one amazing story but crap its long
i was sex depraved i wanted more interaction between jamie and clare but notwithstanding that brilliant story i havent read book 2 yet .. planning to this year

Lady Jayne *~*The Beach Bandida*~* Rach, I know Outlander is long, but so was TBH, and I've heard Outlander is amazing, too. I've heard a lot about how great Jamie Fraser is. LOL on the sex depraved comment! ^o^

Uh-huh. Ditto. My absolute fave HR ever.

Quinn Wow! I've gotta read this one.

MashJ Naughty girl!

I thought the book got better actually. The part in the mental hospital was a bit too much for me.

So glad you're enjoying it. I'm not 100% convinced that Outlander will be your thing by the way.

UniquelyMoi ~ 1-Click RockChick Mshj,

It does keep getting better. It's my own fault for peeking ahead and landing on a part that might turn out to be fine, know what I mean?

As far as TBH, I won the first 2 books, but from discussions with the hubby, I don't know if I'd like it much.

Outlander? I hate time travel but I've been told there isn't much time travel in it.

UniquelyMoi ~ 1-Click RockChick Lord of Scoundrels was another amazing story, I loved it!
