Clare just loves killing the poor characters who turn up for three or four paragraphs.

She crossed her arms stubbornly over her chest. "No." What is she, a three year old?

It meant nothing. Clary was aware only of a numb buzzing in her head. She remembered another poem from English class, something about how after the first death you saw, no other deaths mattered. That poet hadn't known what he was talking about. Oh, shut up. None of your reactions have convinced me that you actually care. And we know what a heartless person you turn out to be in the next two books.

Oh my god, Clare. You wrote the entire novel switching from the perspective of Clary, some floating dust, and the the other characters, but now we get first person from Luke. WTF.

Ah, Luke. He's our Lupin. "Because I wasn't born a werewolf. I was made one. And I can already see that if you're going to be persuaded to listen to anything I have to say, you're going to have to hear the whole story. Harry Potter readers, do you remember something very, very, VERY similar to this from Prisoner of Azkaban? Clare isn't even TRYING. Seriously.

"demonic activity levels." It's weird that these kids have little gadgets that check 'demonic activity levels' but they still use knives, bows, and wands. Oh, and they have no cars. How does that work?

Yeah... I really don't know what to say to people who claim she is a "good" writer, or "decent" writer, or an AMAZING writer.
Uh... seriously?

Alissa Amazing writer. Not many people have the creativity or the patience to write six books like these. Wanna say something to that? I'm more than willing to argue about it!

Yes, please try and convince me.

P. Oh my god, you people liking my old statuses.

Looks like the only fun I had with this book was searching random gifs to use.

message 8: by P. (new)

P. Yeah, the likes kind of scare me. It's because of the gifs, I know it. See, this is what happens when I read books I don't like. I spend hours looking at gifs and thinking, "OHH, this one is cute! I want to use it!"

*inserts random Hetalia gif with cat*
And it was something to do with Simon NOT liking cats? What the hell? I'm really weird sometimes.
-.-

Becca Charlton My favorite was her wordy description of how dirt smells like dirt.

Lol, she did that? I shouldn't be surprised, but that is pretty funny.

P. I don't know how people find these, but when I see them now, I laugh at them too. I must've really hated this book. xD
