Nothing like a good old Stephen King book! One of my all-time favorite authors, reminds me of being in high school (like my kids are now!). Friend of main character finds a break in time and is able to go back to 1958 and stay as long as he wants. When comes back to present, only gone for 2 minutes. Will he go back and save JFK? Can't wait to find out!

Really intriguing. Keep making predictions that aren't right. Have no idea how this one is going to turn out and I LOVE THAT! This one is about a wife that suddenly disappears and the search to find out what happened.

Very interesting storyline. Earth is beginning to slow in rotation so, hours are being added to the days quickly. Loving to see how people are reacting & thinking how I might.

Amy Gulbranson is finished with Fifty Shades of Grey (Fifty Shades, #1)
Understand why it's a best-seller. Not really my genre but, can appreciate the great story & writing. Interested to see how the sequels play out. To me, all should read this as it probably will be one of those books that remains a huge part of pop culture!

What an intriguing story! Main character is given 10 of Lincoln's journals by a vampire "friend" of Lincoln's. The journals are all about Lincoln being a vampire hunter along with his fighting slavery.

Loving so far. Story of 3 sisters who all come home to their small hometown to help care for Mom who is battling cancer. Though it sounds heavy, characters are very quirky & funny.

Love this author. All her references to the 80's are worth it! In this book, she and her husband by a "fixer-upper" that just happens to be Jake Ryan's house in the film "Sixteen Candles". Who couldn't love that?

Great start. Neighborhood stories fromt the perspective of the preteens. Lots of drama in the 'hood (affair w/2 adults married to other people that results in a pregnancy which results in a suicide). Also, teens 'coming of age' stories.

Book starts off where main character's husband cheats on her which she finds out through a private detective. She then begins working at the agency. A little Stephanie Plum, meets Bridget Jones, meets Ladies' #1 Detective Agency so far.

Soo interesting! This is a book about the "science" behind creativity. The processes that your brain goes through and how to enhance anyone's creativity. Might be boring to some but, deep down, I do love me some science!

Having been to Paris a couple of times, this is such a telling description of the people and customs of the French. Also has at least one great recipe at the end of each chapter. If you ever plan to go to Paris, great book to read! Love their cultural differences!

Rereading this classic one due to it being written 50 years ago. Was one of my favorites when I was young. Very interesting to compare some of the current YA fiction to this. Simpler but, probably the root of many future books especially about futuristic societies.

What an interesting start--this one is 1 of the NYTimes Book Review's best books of 2011. Family runs an alligator "amusement park" of sorts. The main star of the alligator show dies so, it talkes about how the family tries to recover. Interesting characters. Anxious to see how this one turns out. Not sure about it yet.
