wow. I am impressed. I missed it this year (if you don't count re-reading books, which I don't really) ... too many damned articles taking up my reading attention!

I missed it this year (if you don't count re-reading books, which I don't really) ... too many damned articles taking up my reading attention!"i think i really sort of forced myself through it (and decided not to include the fact that i re-read the entire run of game of thrones and the whole Hunger Games trilogy and a bunch of comic books but then the last academic book i read was not on goodreads so i added some stuff i wouldn't usually add to meet my challenge). if i still had classes and wasn't prepping for my dissertation i would NOT have set such a high goal, like honestly near the end there was a lot of grinding through books i really didn't need to finish or want to read (Riddle of Gender, Unpacking Queer Politics, etc.) and it felt more like a chore than anything, i am NEVER setting a goal of 150 ever again i guess is the moral of this?
