The Aloo Gobi is great. Although trick it up with some chopped ginger, garlic & chili peppers to make it outstanding.

This is a beautiful cookbook. The joy of the author (son-in-law) and the passion of the cook (the mother-in-law) is clear. Photos are amazing (the daughter).

Great intro discussion to Indian cooking. But some of the recipes (I felt) did not come out as nice as other Indian cookbooks.
