My current passion is sailing, and I have a 29 foot sailing boat and explore the Santa Barbara Channel Islands when possible. I work in the mental health/counseling field at a site named "El Carrillo" in Santa Barbara, which is an amazing project developed to help house the chronically homeless, and people with dual diagnosis challenges (mental health and drug/alcohol complications).
