Great novel, surprisingly modern, I could not put it down. Despite its length, the book is a quick read. Lives up to the hype.

This one is my least favorite of McCarthy's novels. While his prose shows flashes of brilliance, the story is slow and the characters hard to keep straight due to vague pronoun references throughout.
