I loved the concept of this book. It was very similar to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, but set in a library. I wish the main character of Kyle was a little more "flawed" throughout the book. He seemed a little too perfect for a 7th grade boy. Th ...more

I loved this book and so did my 6th graders. I loved how the author used rotating perspectives to talk about different events. We did make character charts as a class to keep everyone straight.
