I didn't think that Stephanie was as funny in this one, but Grandma Mazur made up for it in every way.
I also lost some of my connection with Stephanie as I felt that the struggle from unemployment and how she got back out was glanced over. I loved the book anyway though! On to number three....

This was a really great non-fiction. I absolutely loved the way the book flowed when talking about people that lived through this horrible event. The information did not flow quite as nicely when talking about the industries in Johnstown or the construction of the original dam. I guess I could have just used less detail for those parts. Overall great non-fiction that kept my attention.

I felt that this was an ok mystery. A fast read but I didn't think it was quite as clever as other I have read, both in mystery quality and dialog. Overall it was entertaining and I may read another by this author if I come across it, but I don't think I will go searching for it.
