I'm still in the process of reading A Course in Miracles, as I believe you can read it cover-to-cover, but it by all means doesn't have to be read that way.

I mostly read the "Workbook for Students," and as a day-to-day "teacher", I find it extremely helpful in achieving peace of mind and joy. You might say I first came in contact with A Course when I was 13 or 14. It's had a powerful effect on my life.

Some of its wording is occasionally confusing; it seems the author is trying to illustrate a very abstract concept in words, which is difficult. I read this book a very long time ago, but from what I remember, it was excellent. Very imaginative, and it contained some valuable lessons as well. I've noticed that about quite a few children's books when I go back and reread them.

I may not have been able to say out loud what the message was as a child, but I know I gained something from it. Time Cat is no exception. Today, I just so happened to pick it up off of a shelf in a coffee shop, and within the first few pages, I realized that I'd read it long ago. I'm in the process of re-reading it, and will be able to say more about it once I'm finished. I encourage anybody else with a love of adventure stories to read it as well.
