Ok let me start by saying if you thought "The Secret" was bogus...you're not going to get this book either.
This "Emotion Code" was actually something my therapist used with me in my session I just didn't know it at the time. Now I know how to use it for myself...I was almost unconvinced until I started reading and realized one of the "actual" stories was a friend my sister grew up with. One of her twin boys died and the other twin struggle immensly with the loss and with the illness that took one of the two of them...the emotion code changed his life.
I've felt it myself but like I said you really have to be a believer. ]]>
