          <body><![CDATA[This is my favorite book I've read this summer.  I followed it up by reading Pollan's Defense of Food and Food Politics by Marion Nestle.  My advice?  If you've read Omnivore's Dilemma there's no reason to read Defense of Food.  And Marion Nestle hardly has the knack for engaging investigative narrative that Pollan has, although her research is no less valuable.]]></body>

          <body><![CDATA[My nephew, an adolescent non-reader, devoured these books.  He was even reading them at Christmas dinner under the table! I bought them for him on the recommendation of some of my other seventh graders who loved them.  I've never read them.  Why are they so terrible?
