An autobiography by a woman who lived 28 years in polygamy and had 13 children. A tale of poverty, survival, selfishness and justification of despicable acts all in the name of religion- specifically FLDS/Mormonism. The book is fascinating but not especially well written. Frustrating in parts because it seemed that this woman vacillated constantly on whether to enter into this marriage or not- then once in it- whether to stay in it or not- whew- only death released her. Not her death- the death of her husband....less
