I liked the intentional (and actually explicitly acknowledged) lack of growth in the main characters. Tucker is still a highly dysfunctional parent and artist, and Annie is still rather lonely and pathetic, though thankfully rid of Duncan. It seems realistic, if a bit sad.

I recognize that there were probably faults to this book, but I find myself unable to come up with any that really got in the way of my enjoyment of it. I read the book cover to cover yesterday, and it was a day wonderfully spent. (less) "
