"I actually really enjoyed the segment with the shooting at Ennett House and the fight with the Canadians. I think it's the first time in this book that I've actually really cared what happens to the characters." Jan 12, 2013 11:02pm

"I have badly neglected this book of late, I'm afraid. I'd say it's due to other concerns and not feeling well (which is true), but that is no excuse. Sadly, I must do so a little bit further as it is now INFINITE JEST MONTH (are you excited? I'm excited). It hasn't lost my interest, so perhaps I'll try to inch my way through (do people in Europe say "centimeter my way through" or some such nonsense?)." Aug 06, 2012 09:31pm

Description: This is a haiku I wrote. I don't normally put my writing up here, and I don't really intend to start, but I just felt like showing this to the world. I'm especially interested in anyone's opinion on word choice (re: the brackets).
