This book really opened my eyes in regards to what it takes to be an entrepreneur. Gerber's right: what we generally hear about entrepreneurs is a myth. When someone (like me) steps into the shoes of a business owner it can be disastrous if he believes these myths.

The one concept that opened my mind the most was this: if you start a bakery, your job is no longer to bake things. Your job is to create a company that produces baked goods.
